For better lifestyle
Why do we have to do meditation-
Meditation is the best way by which we can improve
our lifestyle , not only lifestyle it also provide strength to our mind, it
settle our inner dispute, provide right
direction to our growing mind .
It also helps individuals to control the thoughts, over thinking , anger
,emotion , ect. Sometimes we make the situation worse by not keeping our anger
under control . Not only this sometimes we start thinking so much about someone
or some situation that we made conclusion before the truth is known and it can
worse our relationship . Such things can dumb our understanding .
We often feel jealous and attracted by someone or something . We all are
addicted to something , so in order to control all this emotion , not only
emotion but to be a good human beings with values , we have to control our mind
, we have to give a right direction to
our mind . In order to achieve that we have to do meditation.
How to do
meditation –
It is much easy and less time consuming with zero
investment .
Now follow the procedure –
- Find a place with almost no distraction and where you can concentrate.
- Do
meditation in fixed time (regularly) for 20 minutes.
- Sit
in relax manner , put your head up (do not bend your neck) and sit straight.
- Do
not try to control your breathe , inhale and exhale breathe normally.
- Close
your eyes simply (don’t put pressure on it).
- As
soon as you achieve the posture , there are lot of things comes to your mind ,
but try to concentrate on your breathe and try not to think about anything
else.
- By doing it daily you slowly can overcome the
unnecessary thoughts, and can
concentrate well .
- You
simply have to control your mind from distraction and thoughts.
What do you
achieve-
You cannot achieve anything in 1-2 days . You have
to practice it daily and by doing so you get inner peace , increased
concentration , happiness , you get values in your life and feel motivated toward
your goal. You can also able to control your anger
and feel more powerful , energetic , positive . And can live better and
successful life .
Main purpose
–
For an Individual to become successful person they
have to concentrate about aim and have to take right step / decision , but few social factor
may influence individuals decision and person cannot achieve so . But by meditation
one can control such things and can concentrate more towards the goal by controlling their mind and can set examples to
others .
It is very beneficial to students and other working
person , by meditation every one can achieve will power , can manage stress ,
can eliminate stress , become more concentrated and dedicated toward their work
.
